Shipping

Q: When will the merchandise be shipped?
A: Orders will be shipped sequentially based on the time of payment, starting from early February 2026 onwards.

Self-Pickup

Q: Who is eligible for on-site pickup?
A: On-site pickup is available exclusively for event ticket holders.

• Location: MPRIME OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE Zone, Phenix Auditorium Hall
• Date: February 7, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Q: What documents are required to collect the merchandise?
A: Please present the following documents.
The name on all documents must match the order information:
1. Event ticket (Physical Ticket or E-Ticket)
2. National ID card or passport (original or photo copy)
3. Order confirmation email
Q: What happens if I fail to pick up my items within the scheduled time?
A: If items are not picked up by 5:00 PM on February 7, 2026, the Company reserves the right to withhold any refunds and will not provide late shipping under any circumstances.

Email notifications and status tracking

Q: What emails will I receive after a successful purchase?
A: You will receive two emails:
1. Order & Payment Confirmation Email (sent within 24 hours after payment).
2. Shipping Notification Email with a Tracking Number (only for those who selected the Shipping option).

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We currently accept payment via Bank Transfer.

Q: What should I do after making the payment?
A: Please upload your payment slip through the system as instructed.
Once the payment has been verified, you will receive an Order & Payment Confirmation email.

Pre - order

Q: When does the pre-order period open?
A: Pre-orders will be available from January 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM
until January 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM,
exclusively via www.mprimestudios.com.
Q: Are the products limited in quantity?
A: All items are available in limited quantities as pre-order products.
Once sold out during the pre-order period, items will not be restocked or sold at the event.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after payment is completed?
A: Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed,
orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled under any circumstances.
Please carefully review all details such as product size, quantity, and delivery method before confirming your order.
